Best Practices

  • High contrast - White text on black background is easiest to read from a distance
  • Large font size - For on-camera use, increase font size to 36px or higher
  • Wider margins - Increase horizontal margins to avoid reading text at screen edges
  • Reading position - Set to 30-40% from top for natural eye-line on most setups
  • Slower speed - Start with a slower scroll speed and increase as you get comfortable
  • Bold keywords - Use custom bold colors to highlight important phrases

Settings Persistence

All styling settings are automatically saved to your browser's local storage. When you return to the application, your settings will be restored. The only exception is the playback state - the teleprompter always starts paused.
